Gormully and Jeffery of Chicago Illinois offered some of the finest bicycles during the decade known as the Gay 90's. Pictured here is their top of the line Model 15 Light Roadster. The opening line to the catalog page of the Model 15 reads " This is the typical wheel for the fast rider, who does not race, but has scorching propensities." At this time riders preferred a large frame with a low saddle. This bike is fixed gear, no brake, which was common at the time. Note the wooden drop racing handlebars.
