Cycling in the late 19th century was a major pastime. Consequently there were many novelty items produced to customize one's bicycle. Here is a set of steer horn handlebars that would make any Texan proud. These were produced in the late 1890's - early 1900's . I've included a poor quality photograph taken in Chicago of a group (butchers ?) with a bike equipped with these handlebars.
