The Facile Stop Bell, Lee's Patent, is a unique brass bell that mounts on the handlebar. It is a stop bell which allows the alarm to continuously ring or can be silenced by the rider by pulling up on a chain attached to the clapper. It was distributed by the folks that sold the "Facile" dwarf safety bicycle.
